As my way of giving back to the inspiring people and amazing places I’ve been so fortunate to interact with on my journeys as a photographer, five percent of the profits from Harv Greenberg Photography – Landscapes will be donated to the following charitable organizations:
The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International
Dedicated to the conservation and protection of gorillas and their habitats in Africa, the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund collaborates with government agencies to promote continued research on the gorillas and their threatened ecosystems. With the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund’s initiatives, they educate the world about the importance of these extraordinary animals.
The Tibet Fund
To preserve the distinct cultural and national identity of the Tibetan people, the Dalai Lama created The Tibet Fund in 1981. By funding healthcare, education, refugee rehabilitation, community and economic development, the Tibet Fund promotes self-reliance and helps sustain the unification of the exiled community.
Action Against Hunger International
Leading the fight against malnutrition for 30 years, Action Against Hunger International saves the lives of malnourished children while providing communities with access to safe water and sustainable solutions to hunger. Action Against Hunger launches life-saving programs in 40 countries, reaching five million people each year to relieve chronic food insecurity caused by emergency situations, conflict, natural disaster, and improverishment.
Since 1987, the Rainforest Alliance has guided land-intensive industries toward a new model of sustainability—one that couple profit with functioning ecosystems, clean water, naturally rich soils, and safe working and living conditions. The Rainforest Alliance works to conserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable livelihoods by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior.
Together, through education, conservation, and support, we can make the world a better place—for everyone, everywhere.
